When

Immediately. The download link appears on screen the moment payment succeeds, and is emailed to you as well. There is no waiting period or fulfilment window.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it still isn't there, contact us — we will resend it, and if we can't get it to you we will refund you in full.

Files are yours to keep

PDFs you download remain yours permanently, including after a VIP cancellation. We do not revoke or remotely delete files.
