This policy covers refunds and cancellation for We Make Patterns.
The short version: individual patterns are digital and delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. The VIP Club can be cancelled any time, in one step, with no fee — and cancelling stops all future charges.
Because the PDF is delivered instantly and can be kept permanently, one-time pattern purchases are generally final. If the file will not download, is corrupted, or is not what the page described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Cancel at any time — there is no fee, no minimum term and no retention process:
Cancelling stops all future weekly charges. Everything you have already downloaded stays yours.
Refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days.
Charges show as WE MAKE PATTERNS. If you don't recognise one, call (412) 754-7799 — we answer within 48 hours and can almost always resolve it the same day, which a chargeback cannot.
