Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of We Make Patterns, operated by The Synclair Line LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

Digital crochet and quilt patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods are manufactured, sold or shipped.

2. Individual patterns

Individual patterns are one-time purchases. Buying a pattern does not enrol you in anything recurring.

3. VIP Club — recurring subscription

• The VIP Club is optional and never added automatically. You add it by ticking an unticked box at checkout.
• Billing begins the day you join and repeats every week until cancelled.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• Charges appear on your statement as WE MAKE PATTERNS.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice.

4. Cancellation

Cancel at /cancel, by email, or by phone. Cancellation stops all future billing. You keep access to anything already downloaded.

5. Licence and permitted use

You may print patterns for personal use, make items from them, and sell finished handmade items you create. You may not resell, share, redistribute or republish the pattern files themselves, or claim authorship of the designs.

6. Delivery

Access is granted immediately on successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Patterns are provided for creative and instructional purposes. Results depend on your materials, tools and technique.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge. We answer every message within 48 hours and resolve legitimate billing issues promptly.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
