Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement overview

This Subscription Agreement is entered into between you (the "Member") and The Synclair Line LLC, the entity that operates We Make Patterns. Buying a pattern from We Make Patterns automatically enrols you in the VIP Pattern Library, and by completing that purchase you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription terms and trial period

Every pattern purchase comes bundled with a 24-hour introductory trial of the VIP Pattern Library. During this period you have full access to all library benefits at no additional charge beyond your initial $3.50 pattern purchase.

3. Billing and payment

By purchasing a pattern, you authorize The Synclair Line LLC to charge your payment method $8.00 every 7 days, beginning 24 hours after your purchase, recurring automatically until cancelled. Card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never touch our own servers.

Depending on the payment processor used for a given transaction, charges may appear on your statement under a name other than "We Make Patterns." If you see a charge you don't recognize, email support@wemakepatterns.co with the amount and date and we'll confirm within a few hours.

4. Membership benefits

• 1,000+ bonus patterns — full access to our curated pattern library, included with every purchase.
• Weekly pattern drops — 20–30 new patterns added on a rolling basis.
• Priority email support — a direct line to our team for pattern, download, or billing questions.

5. Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee or penalty. Cancel online at /cancel, by email at support@wemakepatterns.co, or by phone at (412) 754-7799. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and the pattern you originally purchased is yours to keep regardless.

6. Refund policy

Your initial $3.50 pattern purchase is refundable within 7 days if you haven't yet downloaded it. Your most recent $8 weekly charge is refundable if requested within 7 days of that charge. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Changes to this agreement

We may modify this Agreement, subscription pricing, or VIP Pattern Library benefits at any time. Material changes, including price increases, will be emailed to active members at least 15 days before taking effect.
